These trees are famous for their bright white smooth trunks and beautiful pink and white long tendril flowers (see images). Dive into the subtle complex citrus and buttery flavours of this small batch produced honey. This honey type within the industry is sometimes called 'the beekeepers disappointment' as its so hard to produce!
