Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 jars of Manuka 400+ only 1 came in the box. Contacted them immediately with a photo and they asked if I wanted a refund or it to be sent out. I asked for it to be sent out and never happened. Not once have you replied to my emails or text. I've called twice and opened up a dispute with PayPal to have it refunded which still has not been rectified. I don't usually write reviews but you sent me this email with a discount and asking me to review my experience. It be nice to hear from someone as noone seems to care. Wouldn't bother me if it was a $10jar but it's $47 a jar.
